We have vacationed around the world; we have experienced wonderful sites and have enjoyed luxury. With that experience, we can honestly say that Vidanta offers truly world class luxury and beauty. What do we get if you visit?  If you accept our invite, we will receive a small resort credit applied towards food and drinks on our next Vidanta vacation. That's it. What You Need to Know

1. You can book up to 4 months in advance.
2. You can book for anytime of the year EXCEPT Christmas, New Years, Easter and Holy Week in Mexico.
3. You should select a few different dates and a couple of alternative destinations in case your first choices aren't available.
4. Check In is on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday at most locations.
5. The "week" is 7 nights and 8 days. For example, check in on Saturday and you check out on Saturday. 
6. Transportation is provided from airport to the Resort EXCEPT Acapulco and Puerto Penasco. Return to airport is not provided. Confirm when booking.
7. Guests have access to play golf at the Vidanta Resorts at normal rates.

Next Steps

1. First, plan your vacation. Decide what accommodations you would prefer (Master Room, 1 Bedroom Suite, or 2 Bedroom Suite). And, select your preferred destination and a few travel time frames. Have a alternative destinations and travel dates in mind in case your first choice is not available.                                                                 
    
2. THEN and only then...Complete the Contact Form below to let us know that you are Ready to Book your vacation. (The 4 month clock starts ticking.)
    
3. We will email you an exclusive toll-free Reservation Phone Number and your individual Ambassador Certificate number. No money is exchanged with us, everything is handled directly with the resort.
    
4. After making your Reservation, contact us with your confirmed dates and Confirmation Number. We will mail an Ambassador Welcome Packet directly to you including your Ambassador Certificate. These are only provided to  Guests with a Confirmation Number.
